What is RoboNeo?

Meitu introduces RoboNeo, an AI Assistant tailored for photo editing and design applications, interacting through natural language, serving image creation, and assisting with photo editing, video editing, design, and painting. The goal is to "empower every user to be the commanding client," where photo editing can be done with just a few words. It acts as a visual Copilot, understanding natural language and executing commands, achieving photo editing and multi-modal content generation.
According to reports, RoboNeo will be integrated with Meitu's products and is set for beta testing in Meitu Xiuxiu in July.

RoboNeo Launch

On June 19th, Meitu Company held its second Meitu Image Festival with the theme "Image Production Tools in the AI Era." At the event, they launched RoboNeo, a new member of the Meitu family, an AI Assistant.

How is RoboNeo?

RoboNeo's head design features a 360-degree surround screen setup, blending Meitu's "MT" logo elements, shaped like a combination of an AI robot and a cow, symbolizing the superior capabilities of AI technology.

The video demonstration at the Image Festival showed that RoboNeo's distinguishing feature lies in converting natural language into photo editing commands. Through conversations with RoboNeo, users can easily complete image creation tasks that previously required manual operation. This conversational interaction is simple and easy to understand, allowing users who couldn't edit photos due to time constraints to now easily achieve refined photo editing with just a few words.

Since the photo editing process is conducted through conversation, users have greater freedom in their creation. RoboNeo's creative effects are also not limited by the functions or materials of local clients, able to inspire limitless creativity.

In scenarios that enhance productivity, RoboNeo can improve effects based on language commands, thus enhancing the productivity of creators and becoming an excellent creative assistant.

It is reported that RoboNeo will undergo beta testing on the Meitu Xiuxiu platform in July.
