According to the Glow official website, the product belongs to Beijing XiYu Technology Co., Ltd., founded in September 2022, with Zhou Yucong as the legal representative. As one of the core members of MiniMax, Zhou Yucong was an early employee of SenseTime and led the algorithm team at SenseTime Research Institute.

The original intention of MiniMax is to achieve General AI, and to achieve this goal, they need an open ecosystem. Therefore, starting this year, MiniMax will gradually open its API, allowing individual users and enterprise users to build their own applications based on various models.

To achieve this goal, MiniMax launched an API open platform for enterprise users in March, supporting service calls for text and voice models.
