Introduction to Dycharts
II. Chart Templates
Dycharts comes with139 chart templates, covering pie charts, line charts, bar charts, scatter charts, Sankey diagrams, rose diagrams, word clouds, maps, and more.
If you're not sure about the chart types, you can also select the appropriate template directly through the usage scenario classification.
After determining the desired chart template, simply click to enter the chart editing page.
On the left, you can switch to new chart templates, in the middle is the preview of the template, and on the right is the toolbar for editing data and charts.
After entering the editing page, click on the "Edit Data" on the right to copy and paste your own data, and a chart is completed.
If you think the chart looks too plain, Dycharts also supports custom adjustments to some details of the chart.
👉 Color Scheme Modification
Choose different themes to batch change all colors, or if you only want to change one color, click on the color below to open the color panel and change the color in the chart individually.
👉 Logo Watermark Modification
Additional information can be set for data source, producer, Logo, and watermark. The chart template defaults to displaying the website's Logo "Dycharts" in the lower right corner. Uncheck "Logo Display" on the right to remove the Logo.
👉 Animation Effect Configuration
One of the good points of the templates provided by the website is that it can add animation to the charts. Click on the "Effect" option to select your favorite animation effect from the built-in animations.
After selecting your favorite animation, click the "Preview" button on the right side of the animation switch to preview the added animation effect.
👉 Chart Export Format
When exporting data charts, you can choose from file formats such as jpg, png, svg, gif, and mp4.
If your chart has added animation, you can choose the gif format.
If the clarity of the gif does not meet your requirements, you can consider exporting it as svg format first, and then put the svg format into Powerpoint to add animation manually in the PPT.
3.Image and Text Templates
In addition to the previous single chart templates, Dycharts also provides over 2000+ image and text templates, suitable for various scenarios such as content creation, media operation, marketing posters, market research, paper writing, work summaries, and personal resumes.
Types include data screens, new media illustrations, mobile posters, resumes, PC long images, mobile long images, and PPTs.
For example, as e-commerce platforms are currently holding the 3.8 promotional events, e-commerce industry colleagues may need to create data screens. You can choose the desired data screen template, click to enter the editing page.
On the left, you can add elements such as charts, text, images, music, and videos, in the middle is the preview effect of the data screen, and on the right you can adjust the details of the elements.
After entering the editing page, you can replace the original data of the chart with our actual operating data, or you can select the data chart to be modified and replace it through the "Edit Data" at the top right.
We can adjust some details of the chart on the right to make the chart more compatible with the style of the entire data screen.
After finishing, you can download and export it. Currently, the export format of data images supports jpg and png, and you can adjust the "Image Size" to improve the clarity of the image.
