Donghua Software Sets Up 200M Yuan AI Subsidiary in Beijing

Business registration records show that Donghua Huijing Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. was established in recent days, with Song Menglong as legal representative, 200 million yuan in registered capital, and full ownership by Donghua Software.

What the new subsidiary does

Its business scope spans AI base software development, AI application software development, and AI industry system integration services. Those three lines map onto the full chain — underlying tooling, applications, and vertical deployment — rather than a single product.

Why 200 million yuan matters

Donghua Software has long worked in government and enterprise IT: healthcare, finance, energy, and other sectors. Companies of that profile rarely enter AI by training models. They package existing customer relationships and data assets together with available model capabilities into industry solutions. For a software subsidiary, 200 million yuan in registered capital is not a tentative commitment.

A template for software-to-AI transitions

The signals to track: whether the new unit lands concrete large contracts, whether it binds itself to specific model vendors, and how the business surfaces in the listed company's financials — particularly whether it gets reported as a separate segment.
